This was actually first real hike this season but we did it properly, 44 km on the future Trailwalker trail in 16h from 4pm to 8am!!! Only Martin and Joyce did the hike because Kaori got sick and Purdey decided to join Kaori later.

We started on the train studying the map, very serious the map was

and then suddenly compensation for the seriousness

view of Odawara as we were leaving the city

and we found some friends Oranges

and a magic lake

and Joyce fell in love with the car living in the forest

the first mountain top of many

then the night came and Joyce wanted to join the full moon
as we were going down the sun was coming up

and no more photos because we were very tired!!!

Tanuki Trailwalker Theatre Workshop

We learned lots of things wih Elena! Being aware of our walking, breathing, being aware of the other, communicate, react to the sounds, being aware of the different ways to express ideas... and understand how to dive into characters that become ours.

... we had a super afternoon!!

... and fundraised 11.000 Yen for Oxfam!

Tanuki Trailwalker Yoga Workshop

The first of the three fantastic workshops "Yoga for Scientists" is over now and we all had a great time. We fundraised 25.000 ¥ at this event. Uhuuuuuuuu!!!
Here are some photos and words to share the experience with those who couldn't join.

First we listened to some explanations from Profesora Joyce :D
then we became cats, cows and other creatures :D :D
the creatures even didn't bother to go to the toilet :D :D :D
in the shame they started to twist and to spin :D :D :D :D
and they slept a bit zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...
before all the creatures joined the discussion about the yogic approach to science! We had a great time and we'll also have a great time this sunday at the workshop "Introduction to Theatre Acting" by Elena (click here and check the 2nd event). Do you want to join us? then email us at tanukitrailwalker@gmail.com.
We are looking forward to meeting you.
